Implementation of the Protocol for the Treatment of Palestinians
in Accordance with the Rules and Regulations Operative in Each State
 

The Council of Ministers of the League of Arab States,

Upon studying,

The Secretariat General’s memorandum;
 

Relevant LAS resolutions;

The recommendations of the Political Affairs Committee.
 

Resolves,

1. To inform of the contents of the forty fifty session’s report presented by the Conference for Supervisors of Palestinian Affairs in Host Arab States (Damascus 21-27 July 1990).

2. To agree to the recommendations made in the report on the Conference’s forty sixth session held in Tunisia during the period from 5-12 August 1991, upon amending* the seventh recommendation appearing in the report, by adding the phrase: “in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in each state” after the phrase: “Protocol for the Treatment of Palestinians” which appears in the recommendation.

* The amendment was based on suggestions made by the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait.
