No to Eviction, No to Suppression
Weekly Protest March from the Mashbir plaza to Sheikh Jarrah

The march will end with a protest against the settler enterprise in the neighborhood and the suppression of the protest.
Together we will show the Jerusalem Police that they cannot silence a legitimate protest with obstruction and false arrests.
 

The march will start Friday at 13:30
from the Mashbir plaza, on the corner of King George and Ben Yehudah
To a demonstration in Sheikh Jarrah that will begin at 15:00
 

Last Friday the Jerusalem police yet again violently suppressed the demonstration against the eviction of Palestinian families from their homes in Sheikh Jarrah. Seventeen demonstrators spent the weekend under arrest and were released after the Magistrate Court judge ruled that there were no legal grounds for the arrests. The police are misusing their power and distorting the law so as to collaborate with the dangerous project of Judaizing East Jerusalem.
