Public discourse in Israel after Gaza
lecture by Daphna Baram

Daphna Baram is a journalist based in London. She was born and raised in Jerusalem where she worked as a human rights lawyer, and as a feature writer and Senior Editor for the Jerusalem based weekly Kol Hair of Haaretz Group. In 2002 She won a Reuters Foundation Fellowship at Green College, Oxford and was a Senior Associate Member of St Antony's College, Oxford.
Her book Disenchantment: The Guardian and Israel was published in 2004. She regularly contributes to the Guardian, the Independent, The New Statesman, Al Jazeera and the BBC, and in Israel to Globes, Haaretz and Yadiot Aharonot.
