Update on Protection of Palestinian Refugees in States Signatories to the 1951 Refugee Convention

This project seeks to document developments of jurisprudence regarding Article 1D of the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees (1951 Refugee Convention) in the five year period between 2005 and 2010 and to make relevant materials available on BADIL’s website.

The research covers 17 of the 23 non-Arab countries (all signatories to the 1951 Refugee Convention and/or the 1954 Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons) that were included in the Handbook: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
