BADIL Resource Center for Palestinian Residency and Refugee Rights, organized a workshop on Thursday, 14 April 2016, which took a place at Beit Fajjar Village in the southern Bethlehem Governorate. Participants were trained in the documentation of Israeli human rights violations through policies implemented that lead to forcible transfer of the people in that area.
16 people from 7 villages participated in the workshop, which provided training in the relevant skills including report writing. This workshop is one of a series of skills-based workshops within the project that aims to increase participants’ abilities to resist Israeli violations and maintain their presence on the land. The participants from Beit Fajjar village provided a tour to the other participants, giving a background and an overview of how the Israeli policies of forcible transfer are implemented in their village.
